That looks like a great alternative for the “salsa de ají” jalapeños are not really found in Peru and much less used in our cooking but like I said great alternative, also just fyi there are lots of different recipes in Peru but Huacatay herb has this great and very distinctive flavor you don’t find in jalapeños or mexican food. Good job!

I just want to say I bought the machine a few years ago it broke and I only used it 10 times and I bought the white mocha Fontana and I just wasted my money I did not taste anything like the ice white mocha from Starbucks
